Casting description:

The copper alloy sleeve casting is by centrifugal casting so that it won’t blister and shrink. There are tin bronze casting, aluminum bronze casting, manganese bronze casting with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

 

Centrifugal casting,also known as rotary casting.It a metal casting process that forms a cylindrical part by centrifugal force. This is different from the metal casting process that uses most gravity or pressure filling dies. In centrifugal casting, it usually use the permanent dies made of steel, cast iron, or graphite. However, expendable sand molds can also be used. The casting process is usually performed on a horizontal or vertical centrifugal casting machine.
