Jinan North Jinfeng Sawing Machine Co., Ltd. has produced band sawing machine for about 20 years and kept concentrating on developing various type of horizontal, vertical and cnc band sawing machine.

Now we will bring you to know more about the main three systems:

First, electrical control system

Electrical control system is a control loop which consists of electrical box, control box, stroke switch, Electromagnetic valve and electrical connector etc. It is used to control the rotation of the saw belt, the rise and fall of the saw frame and the clamping of the workpiece to achieve a smooth cutting.

Second, fluid drive system.

Fluid drive system is a hydraulic loop which consists of pump, valve, cylinder, tank and pipeline. Through adjusting the speed regulating valve to satisfy different requirements for different raw materials.

Third, lubrication system

The lubrication system must be refueled before start the machine. Replace the oil 1 month later, and then replace the oil every 3 to 6 months.
