First, the running-in of the new band saw blades.

The purpose of the running-in is to eliminate the error in the processing period, and reach an equal divided teeth on both sides of the blades. And the burr can be grinded.

Second, excessive feed rate makes the teeth inactivation and the quantity of the divided teeth is damaged. It will cause a rough sawing surface.

Third, according to the raw material to choose different tooth type.

In the running-in method, the cutting speed should be lower than the 40%-60% normal speed.
