The tube furnace uses high quality resistance wire as the heating element with double shell structure, the 30 programmable segments temperature control system and phase shifting triggering thyristor control. The chamber uses high purity alumina crystal fiber material and it is divided into two semicircle. Hearth will be opened when it needs rapid cooling or pipe changing. Double furnace shell air is equipped with cooling system, for rapid temperature rising and dropping. The furnace has these advantages: uniform heating filed, low surface temperature, rapid temperature rise/drop rate, energy saving and so on.

The tube furnace adopts advanced international technology, including single tube, multi tube, horizontal, open type, vertical, single temperature zone, double temperature zone, three temperature zone and so on. It is mainly used in the experiments of colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises and small batch productions.
