The tube furnace uses high quality silicon carbide as the heating element and it makes use of the double shell structure, the 30 procedures temperature control system, phase shifting triggering and thyristor control. The chamber uses high purity alumina crystal fiber material and it is divided into two semicircle. The double furnace shell is equipped with air cooling system, which can make temperature quickly rise and drop. The furnace tube is quartz tube and the ends are sealed with stainless steel flanges .The furnace has these advantages: temperature balance, low surface temperature, rapid temperature rising or cooling rate, energy saving etc. It is an ideal product for universities, scientific research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises to do high temperature atmospheric sintering, atmospheric reduction and vacuum annealing.

The tube furnace uses advanced international technology and it is a open-type rotary furnace, mainly used for mixing powder. The furnace tube can rotate 360°when the instrument operates to increase the uniformity of powder sintering. It is especially suitable for sintering of lithium battery materials such as LiFePO4, LiMnNiO4, etc. The diameter of the converter is optional and the heating area can be customized, so it is suitable for the sintering of more powder in the laboratory.
