Main features

1.Horizontal structure, unwinding/rewinding can be completed at double sides. 

2.Unwinding reel is clamped with cones; hydraulic device assists to complete the reel loading and LPC system controls the line position of the web. 

3.Ultrasonic reel diameter detector is used with residual reel alarming system. 

4.Constant tension for unwinding, taper tension for rewinding 

5.Imported pneumatic slip-rewinding shaft; setting- length alarm system; automatic two-step machine stop

6.Backpressure reel-pressed cylinder makes rewinding reel tidy and good tightness. 

7.Man-machine-interface, CPU centralized control system .

8.Humanistic design, convenient loading/unloading.
