Vertical structure, unwinding and rewinding can be done at the same side. 

Unwinding reel is clamped pneumatically with shaftless cones; reel width is electrically controlled and also with line position control LPC system.? 

Ultrasonic reel diameter detector is used with residual reel alarming system 

Pneumatic slip- rewinding shaft; automatic setting-length alarm system. 

Backpressure reel-pressed cylinder makes rewinding reel tidy and good tightness. 

Man-machine-interface, CPU centralized control system

Small area occupancy and one person can operate it freely.
