The furniture industry is very competitive and the products are fast selling. In order to keep pace with the ever increasing demands of the consumer, the manufacturer must opt for molds with optimal cooling systems, the use of slider ejection systems and precision air venting to shorten the cycle times.

Product design
We believe in analysing the product design in detail in order to assist the manufacturer in achieving feasible costs in terms of plastic moulding, increasing production speed, avoiding mould repair costs and amendments and making sure the design is great to ensure a long term sale of the end product. 
Mould material choice
We suggest the manufacture to opt P20 Steel, 2316 or 2738 steel for production of plastic furniture. 
Mould design
Mold flow analysis and achieving the steel hardness is very important for longevity of the mold. Chair and Table moulds are big moulds which also require being well polished and chrome plated. The key to a high standard furniture mould is a collaborative approach towards achieving a good mould design which in turn helps to reduce maintenance and thus increase mould life. 
Hardness control
In furniture moulds there is chance of the spare parts being damaged due to the continuous opening and closing of the mould, hence it is important to use high quality accessories. Also, with a good hardened mould you would be able to avoid flashes at the ends and sides of the product and prevent any kind of repairs. A good hardness is 38 to 40HRC for chair and table moulds 
Quality
Complete inspection of Moulds to ensure the structure spare parts are standardized as per the requirement. Project manager and QC people under strict inspection make sure the product quality. If mistakes are found, they can be corrected promptly. Every aspect of the mould standardization including cooling systems, hydraulic oil channel system and hot runner system are thoroughly inspected.
