A coreless DC motor comprising a rotor, a stator and the brush groups, the rotor comprises a winding and the rotor frame, the rotor frame includes a commutator, retaining ring and the shaft, the stator comprises a combination of magnets and magnetic sleeved steel composite outer casing, the magnet portfolio includes bearings, magnets and trombone, wherein: the winding form of a hollow cup-shaped, its outer sleeve located in the shaft and connected to the commutator, the hollow cup DC motor further comprises an eccentric weight, the eccentric weight is provided at the end of the sleeve shaft.
