Macromolecule elastomer membrane filter plate consists of core plate and membrane with different materials, the core plate is made from modified polypropylene, the membrane is made from TPE materials. The core plate and membrane plate are compounded and formed through high-temperature melting and pressing by special plastic welder, featuring good elasticity, excellent sealing performance, high strength and free of water leakage. The sealing performance between filter plates are flawless, and air intake pressing will be adopted after the filtration, reducing the water content in solid.
