Automatic Plate Turning System

Automatic plate turning system:
It is a kind of liquid collecting device installed under the filter plate. During feeding to the filter press, a certain amount of liquid will leak from the filter plate, and flow along both sides of filter press after turning plate and then to the pool through collection groove, the main advantage of which is that the liquid cannot flow into the solid materials after filtration, thereby reducing the cost and enhancing the efficiency. Furthermore, the washing liquid flows out in a concentrate way when washing the filter cloth, which can reduce the labor intensity and protect the operating environment.
Principles of automatic control: As driven by motor (hydraulic oil cylinder), the turning plate (automatic water collection plate) can automatically open or close through some electric appliances or inductive switches.
