Benzoin L306

Benzoin is an organic compound that can be used as defoaming agent in powder coating. The main function of benzoin is to eliminate the bubbles in melting powder coating liquid in order to avoid forming pinholes.  

1.Technical parameters 

Appearance: white or light yellow crystal
Melting point: 133-137 ° C
Boiling point: 344 ° C
Volatile content:=0.5%

2.Application 

Used for all kinds of thermosetting powder coating.

3.Use method 

Dosage: 0.3-0.8%. Mixed with other materials and extruded.

4.Characteristics

1, Degassing and eliminating pinholes
2, When baking in high temperature, it will cause yellowing. We suggest don’t over added.

5.Storage 

Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from fire and heat sources. 

6.Packaging. 

Kraft paper bag (polyethylene liner). Net weight: 25kg/bag
