L1174 Curing Agent for Polyurethane Powder Coating

Hydroxyl polyester crosslinking agent

1174 in the powder coating can be cross-linked with hydroxyl polyester curing, in the formula and L117 closed type sulfonate catalyst with the outdoor super durable paint powder.

2.Application 

Used in the production of polyurethane powder paint.

3.Use method 

(1) With other raw materials mixing extrusion, the hydroxyl value of about 40mgKOH/g polyester (such as Guangzhou Chanxie 1000h, Kinte 7805), the recommended dosage for polyester 8-9%.
(2) 1174 normally and L117 closed type sulfonate catalyst with the outdoor super durable paint powder, L117 dosage of total 0.6-1%.

4.Storage 

Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from fire and heat sources.
