Laser marking processing principle:
Laser marking is use of fiber laser as the medium, to produce high energy laser beam. When the laser action on the surface of workpiece material, according to the instruction of computer drawings, workpiece material and surface vaporization instantaneous, revealing material below the surface. After laser marking, surface processing components will produce physical and chemical change, so as to achieve the user’s image, text, numbers, line carving requirements.

Machine Features:
1. Adopted the third generation of German fiber laser, electro-optical conversion efficiency up to 60%, excellent beam quality of M2<1.4;
2. Adopted the original German SCANLAB scanning head. High marking speed, is 4 times faster than the common YAG and DP semiconductor marking machine;
3. Air cooling system, no consumables, 3 years of free maintenance, low consumable cost. Energy saving, the power is only 500W for whole machine. Compared with the power of YAG and semiconductor laser Laser marking machine, electricity savings of 20 thousand yuan annual;
