Application and introduction

Double planetary mixer special designed using for high viscous material production , It is widely used on different industries such as adhesives ,toothpaste ,ceramics, Rubber or rubber compound ,kinds of resins ,paint and pigments ,pharmaceuticals , food ,cosmetics ,putty and so on . The double blade planetary mixer is includes two blade that rotate on their own axis ,meantime they share an same axis orbit the mixing vessel. There is an special small device can be added on the blade , The scraper use to scrape the bottom of the vessel and side wall, So that it will guarantee the whole process is complete without any dead corner ,improve the efficiency of the whole production process.

How it work

Double planetary mixer is composed by frame ,and blades , scraper ,mixing vessel , hydraulic lift system , The mixer is with planetary gear wheel drive which is with a large torque , By this special design and strong drive motor ,Planetary mixer widely adopted by high temperature , hard solid ,high viscous materials ,. Two blades rotating on their own axis but cross each other, within high speed rotating , make the materials inside vessel under high shear and kneading force , Meantime ,the scraper on the blades continuously scrape the materials on side wall and bottom vessel , Therefore all the materials inside will be dispersed thoroughly ,and make sure the material finished with stable and no residue.

Other advantages

Double planetary mixer can be optioned with Vacuum system ,high pressure ,and also heating jacket for different product production request , And the double blades in the mixer can be also optioned by different kinds ,such as twist type ,blade type ,claw type ,and so on they are all optioned by different production but all suitable for high viscous materials.

Interior of the vessel is with mirror polished ,and there is device on fixing the vessel in the mixer and also the mixer is with hydraulic lifting device , control the mixer up and down in a stable condition,

The scraper device is optioned , This device is used to clean and scrape the materials in side wall and bottom vessel ,to make sure there is no blind area.
