The vertical blender is one of the most efficiency mixer for powder mixing ..The vertical conical ribbon mixer is composed by driving parts system , inner ribbon and outer ribbon screw agitator and bottom valve discharge system ,Two ribbons plays with different functions ,Outer ribbon rotating and take the materials to the top of the vessel ,and inner ribbon rotating and take the materials to the bottom of vessel ,two blades works with complete mixing.

About the feeding systems ,We also provide with screw conveyor and design for the operating platform. The screw conveyor is with motor and used for feeding materials inside the vessel ,The workers need to put the materials in the hopper on the land and the materials will automatic convey into the vessel.

High efficiency and easy maintain . This special design is made of easy clean during the blades are with adhere with materials .because the structure is cantilevered shaft design .

Conical mixer can be made by Stainless steel 304 or 316, and also the driving parts ,and the speed of agitator , and the reducer can all be optioned with reliable brand motors.

The double helix conical mixer can be designed with different use ,First of all the platform is supported and designed by the production request ,and others like jacket for heating ,and pressure inside vessel .Temperature meters inside ,pneumatic valve for discharge .vacuum system, Weighing machines ,and also even the packing machines ,these are all optioned along with the conical mixer.
