CNC Deep Hole Internal Grinder

The deep hole internal grinder is suitable for grinding the inner surface of hardened deep hole sleeve. The diameter of grinding inner hole is 150 ~ 400mm, and the maximum grinding depth is 1800mm. The longitudinal movement of the worktable of the deep hole internal grinder can be continuously driven by hydraulic pressure or by hand wheel. The transverse feed of the grinding wheel rack is realized by hand. When the workpiece is clamped, one end is clamped in the three jaw automatic centering chuck or the four jaw chuck, the other end is supported on the closed central frame, and the taper of the grinded hole is eliminated by the lateral fine adjustment of the center frame. The grinding wheel, the workpiece, the oil pump and the cooling pump are separately driven by a single motor.

1.CNC deep hole internal grinder is Semi automatic CNC deep hole grinding machine, X axis feeding is driven by servo motor and ball screw, the reciprocating motion of Z axis (working table)adopts hydraulic drive, it has the functions of automatic feeding, automatic rough grinding, fine grinding, automatic cutter return, automatic grinding wheel dressing, automatic compensation etc.. it can grind the round holes, inner taper hole of the workpiece. The grinding diameter range is 50-500 mm and the maximum depth can reach 1000 mm.

2.The internal grinder bed is made of wear resistant cast iron. It has good thermal stability and strong rigidity.

3.The internal grinder adopts the working mode of the working table reciprocating, grinding rack feeding. The grinding frame is composed of a base, a slide plate and a die seat.

4.The internal grinder adopts the programmable control system of servo motor for automatic grinding wheel dressing, compensation,automatic feeding, automatic trimming,intermediate compensation,fine grinding delay, automatic cutter withdrawal return actions during the grinding of the work piece. Automatic grinding adopts controllable intermittent feed at the bottom of orifice and hole.

5.The internal grinder’s feed rail is GCr15 high rigidity needle roller guide rail, and the reciprocating guideway adopts flat -V type sticking plastic guide rail. The friction coefficient and damping of the guide rail are small, which can avoid the crawl of the machine tool at low speed.
