1.MK250 multi axis grinder is a CNC Internal grinder composed of three axis, the change of function of the CNC system, can the inner hole grinding inner taper hole, stepped hole, inner surface, outer surface, especially suitable for hydraulic cylinder, inner hole grinding gear etc..

2.MK250 multi axis grinding machine control system uses SIEMENS or other brand CNC system, can control two axis linkage, realize interpolation movement.

3.MK250 multi axis grinding machine layout adopts headstock fixed, wheel frame moves transversely (X axis), and the working table do the longitudinal reciprocating motion (Z axis grinding), two axis are all driven by a servo motor ball screw, to achieve a seamless, high sensitive linear motion.

4.The grinding wheel spindle adopts mechanical grinding wheel spindle or electric spindle, the rotation speed is controlled by frequency converter, and stepless speed regulation is adopted.

5.The headstock adopts spindle sleeve structure, high precision, work capacity, work driven by AC variable frequency motor with multi wedge belt stepless speed regulation, drives the work piece movement.
