MSI air cooling box type cooling unit series products at home and abroad of the essence, the use of modern advanced manufacturing technology, excellent quality,beautiful appearance. At present the product cooling capacity from 3000cal/hr to240000Kcal/hr (1HP-120HP). Can be widely used in chemical, food, plastics,electroplating, concrete mixing station, laser, printing, circuit board industry refrigerationwind field.

Compressor: selection of imported brand hermetic reciprocating / scroll and semi hermetic screw / reciprocating compressor. Good performance, low noise. According to customer needs and tonnage size, using single or multiple machine combination.Compressor according to load changes, the automatic alternating operation, running speed and balance the compressor size, extended use period of the cooling unit.

Evaporator: using internal and external screw type strong pipe, inner surface of copper tubes threaded, customs clearance and smooth appearance, good cooling effect. The evaporator cylinder body with 25mm thick PE insulation board insulation, no condensation, cooling capacity loss less.

Condenser: transverse slit fin and the inner thread copper tube condenser with high efficiency, high heat exchange efficiency, good stability.

Protection system device has: temperature control switch, frequent starting protector forhigh and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector,compressor and abnormal indication lamp.

Computer control system: deep Chuangyi company developed high intelligent PLC, PCcomputer control system, remote monitoring and control to do. The operation is simple,the host and the power connection, low failure rate, high safety factor, convenient installation. The control system can be regulated immediately, intuitive and reliable.

Box board: set the box board is made of CNC punch press precision machining, the use of electrostatic powder paint, beautiful appearance, and good sound insulation effect.
