Different from the traditional water ring type, air-cooled completely does not needcooling tower bring cold quantity, so to avoid a two investment more, and has the advantages of convenient installation, convenient management. Set the bottom is equipped with casters, can move the cycle of operation in different work area, save a lot of unnecessary fixed investment. Only need to connect the power and water, can bedirectly out of the cold water.

According to the design requirements, the water temperature is 2 DEG C, the generalwater of 0 DEG C, the temperature of -5 DEG C water effluent, the effluent -15 C. Below zero, require coolant mixing heat exchanger, a secondary refrigerant used for ethylene glycol.

Similar with conventional units, air-cooled refrigeration loop is also fixed, by using the principle of inverse Kano effect, similar domestic air conditioning now, but improved the system structure of the refrigeration loop, so COP (energy efficiency ratio) are often very high.
