The Hydraulic Extruder Fluid Coupling is a non-rigid coupling with liquid as the working medium. The pump coupler and the turbine of the hydraulic coupler form a closed working chamber which allows the liquid to circulate. The pump wheel is mounted on the input shaft and the turbine is mounted on the output shaft. The two wheels are half-rings arranged in a radial direction with a plurality of blades, which are arranged in opposite directions and are not in contact with each other with a gap of 3 mm to 4 mm in the middle and forming an annular working wheel. The drive wheel is called the pump wheel, the drive wheel is called the turbine, the pump wheel and the turbine are called the work wheel. After the pump wheel and the turbine are assembled, an annular cavity is formed which is filled with working oil.


The pump wheel is usually driven by the internal combustion engine or motor drive, the blade to drive the oil, under the action of centrifugal force, these oil is thrown to the pump wheel blade edge, because the pump wheel and the turbine radius is equal, so when the pump wheel speed is greater than the turbine speed When the hydraulic pressure on the outer edge of the pump wheel blade is greater than the hydraulic pressure on the outer edge of the turbine blade, the turbine will start to rotate due to the pressure of the liquid impinging on the turbine blade when it is sufficient to overcome the external resistance, that is, the kinetic energy is transmitted to the turbine, Rotate in the same direction. After the kinetic energy of the oil descends, it flows back to the pump wheel from the edge of the turbine blade to form a recirculation loop, which flows like an annular helix connected to the end. The hydraulic coupler interacts with the pump wheel and the blade of the turbine to produce a change in momentum moments to transmit the torque. The output (turbine) torque is equal to the input (pump wheel) torque when ignoring wind damage and other mechanical losses when the impeller rotates.


Classification:

According to the different use, the Hydraulic Fluid Coupling is divided into ordinary type, torque type and speed type hydraulic coupler. The torque type is mainly used for the protection of the motor reducer and the impact protection, position compensation and energy buffering in the operation. The speed control type is mainly used to adjust the input / output speed ratio, other functions And limited torque type is basically the same.
