Crosslinked polyethylene foam (XLPE foam material) is a cross linked closed cell foam characterized by a micro-cellular structure and resistance to heat that enables the material to be fabricated, thermoformed or compression molded.

We provide XLPE & EVA foam materials range from 1.5lb/ft3 to 18.7lb/ft3 densities. Our products are Reach and ROHS compliant.

XLPE foam material has the ability to protect class "A" surfaces and is widely used in reusable packaging applications. The closed-cell structure prevents the material from absorbing moisture and oil.
