How to Install the WPC park co-extruded outdoor decking?

 Step1.

1.  It requires the installation of flat face, no potholes, and the joists spacing is 30-40 cm.

2. In the basis of the laying floor, using the impact drill to make holes, and the hole size is the same as expansion pipe. Diameter of the hole is about 7mm. Put the plastics inflation tube into the hole which has been impacted by the drill, the expansion pipe can not be exposed.

3. Fixed the joists: using the screws to fix the joists and screws can't exceed the surface of joists.

Step2.

   To install the first floor: the first floor is the installation of the others floors. Using the screws to fix the first board onto the joists.

Step3.

   Using plastics or stainless steel clips: one clip for one joist, and then using the screws to lead the hole on the clips to help stainless steel screws access easily meanwhile clips in a state of semi-loose.

Step4.

   Insert the next floor after installing the clips

Step5.

    After tighting the first clips, to install clips on the next piece of floor, also in a semi-loose condition, following these steps of installation to the end.

Step6.

    The last floor is fixed with a stainless steel screw.

   After complete the floor, as shown on the package side, screws head should be lower than the package side surface.
