1. How to start the business with Goldjade Clothing Company?
Send inquire or email to us, tell us your question or what kind of product you want. Then our sales personnel will email you and let's start to discuss details like artwork, products spec, and shipping details etc.
2. About Artwork and Size pattern.
-Just send us Artwork in Vector Format, then we can produce. If you don't have, our design team make artwork on request for you for free.
-If you want to make your own size, pls offer size pattern file, or send us size chart. we will try our best to do.
3. How is your packing detailed?
Packing detail: 1 pcs clothing in 1 pp bag;
about 100pcs in 1 cargo(about 52*53*37cm)
If you can't find a good shipping agent, we can help you. We have a shipping agent who can offer lower price and better custom service to us.
Shipping term:
1. International Express: DHL, EMS, Fedex , etc.
2. Air Transport.(for large weight)
3. Sea Transport.(for large weight)
4. Can I get a sample before bulk order & what’s your sample policy?
Yes,we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place large order. For this is our first cooperation with each other, we will charge 50usd for easy style sample fee and 100usd for complex style sample fee. But the sample fee just a symbol, we will return the sample fee to you upon your order is confirmed.
We can make the pre-production sample in free for you approval production upon you placed the order.
5. What’s the production lead time?
It's about 20-35 days after all details are confirmed.Also as per your order quantity.
6. What’s your payment terms?
We accept by paypal for sample, T/T trade assuance, Western Union, Moneygram as payment terms for bulk.
7. What is the price you quoted?
The quotation of our company is FOB shenzhen price. If the customer has their own forwarder, we can pick up the goods from our company or transport to the designated place. If the customer does not have the freight forwarder, the freight and other customers can be attached to balance payment.
8.Why are your prices more expensive than other suppliers?
Clothing is not standard product, different product is different price. Even the same products, due to different fabrics, materials, technology and so on, the price is different.
The fabrics, materials and workmanship we provide can be of high quality and can withstand the SGS/YUV test.
About the workmanship cost, we set production base in mainland China, the rent, artificial have lowest, the same quality, There are not many suppliers who can compare prices with us for same quality. we promise to the customer the best pre-sale and after-sale service.
