Water Baths

1 electronic constant temperature water bath pans should be placed on a fixed platform, first drain hose clamp, then pouring water into water bath cabinets (for a shorter heating time, hot water).

2 switch on the power, shows OFF the red indicator lights, turn the temperature control knob to set the temperature (heating clockwise, counterclockwise to cool), the water is heated, light ON light; when temperature rises to the set temperature, the led is OFF, water began to be constant.

After 3 thermostatic water bath, the loaded container to be thermostat or in start thermostat water bath.

4 thermostat in order to guarantee a constant temperature effect, at a constant temperature on body parts in contact with the container cardboard seal, constant temperature in the container should be lower than the temperature of the water bath in the water bath.

5 after use, remove the thermostat, turn off the power, excluding water inside the tank. Records and instruments used.

6 maintenance:

(1) the tank shall be placed on a fixed platform, instruments and the power supply voltage is 220V, power outlet socket should be installed by three holes and the ground wire must be installed.

(2) add water before cutting power, and in the course of, the water level must be higher than the stainless steel diaphragm not heating no water or water level below the clapboard, will damage the heater.

(3) such as climate control failure, silver contacts on the controller can be polished with a fine sand cloth to work.

(4) when water is not available the water flows inside the control box, to prevent electric shock, tank should be promptly put the net after use and wipe clean and kept clean so as to facilitate extended working life.

(5) is best to use purified water to avoid water spots.
