One of our clients have designed a pipe with complex geometry. He trust us that we can accelate time to market.

Once inspect mold design and finalize the water gate and parting line location, we start tooling process.

s136H steel material for mold, and mold life 300,000PCS.

The two components are made by plastis injection individually.

After that, they are joined together by ultrasonic-welding.

Plastin injection made samples were sent to our client for confirmation.
