Our colleague Judy have received the request, helping a snack chain shop to make a display platform for their cute snacks. The display platform is combined with several parts, steel wire bending, aluminum platform, gold plating LOGO.



  1. We will 4.0mm 304 stainless steel wire for bending.

  2. The aluminum platform workpiece was milled by CNC.

    After cleaning the surface, we treat sand plating and matte black anodizing.


The anodic oxidation process begins by immersing the work in a series of solutions that perform various operations (described below). The solution remains in the open top tank, working through each unit. This work is usually made up of different items on a dedicated rack.

 The overhead crane moves the shelf from one tank to the next. The facilities of the senior company are equipped with multiple cranes to increase production efficiency and minimize downtime. After each operation, thoroughly clean the work to avoid contamination and interfere with the next solution.

3. We made the LOGO board from the steel plate and then treated the gold plating.

After supplying the G code for the CNC machine, we use the tool holder to install the steel plate and perform NC etching.

After that, we treat the gold plating surface finishing.
