Conveyor Roller Components Details:
1) Material: Alloy/Carbon Steel

Characters:
1. There are baffle rollers on both sides, and the axes of baffle roller is perpendicular to that of roller. The thrust force comes from the rubber belt is used to alignment.
2. There are two gyrations centers, and connected with connecting rods on the frame. When rubber belt runs to one side, roller at this side will rectify a deviation quickly. Meanwhile, roller at another side also rectifies. This design reduces gyration radius, enlarges gyration angle, which makes the rectifying forcing stronger and makes the alignment faster and more sensitive.
3.Gyration center and the supporter are sealed in order to prevent water and dust, and it is convenient for water washing.
Assembly notice: The baffle roller shall be installed same to the running direction of rubber belt. The assembly distance should be 10 meters per group.
