The refrigerated packaging solutions in the BJS Polyurethane Foam Composite Vacuum Insulation Panels boxes are made of two high  performance insulating materials: polyurethane and VIP (Vacuum Insulation Panels).

Polyurethane is the most efficient classic insulating material, its thermal conductivity is 25 mW/m. K.While VIP is known as the most advanced insulation materials with the thermal conductivity below 2.0 mW/m.K. The combination of these two thermal insulating materials keeps the temperature between +2?/+8? perfectly stable for up to 96 hours with the help of PCMs. Known for their high strength and durability, they are offered in different specifications to the clients. Compare to other conventional insulated  boxes like PU,EPP and EPS, our box can significantly reduce the transport volume and the  amount of PCMs, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs.

This thermal packaging box for cold chain logistics, is combined of vacuum insulation panels and polyurethane, with different temperature ranged PCMs, it is a superexcellent transport container and insulation packaging. As a matter of fact VIPs are increasingly accepted in a variety of domestic and industrial applications such as shipping containers and insulated transportation.

Structure

VIP Box is composed of Vacuum insulation panel (VIP), which is composed of core material, getter and the aluminum film.

1.Structure:Double-sided PU foam covered VIP panel with black matted PP surface material.

2.Size can be customized.Insulation duration can up to 48~96 hours.

3.Features:based on Polyurethane Foam Composite Vacuum Insulation Panels insulation box, using high-quality rigid PU foam with VIPs inside.Excellent insulation properties, high strength, impact resistance. Black matted PP materials, beautiful appearance, stain resistant.

Non-fragile at cold temperatures.Plus,black surface is endothermic which can be helpful to warm keeping in winter.

2.What is your MOQ and packing way?

MOQ: For existing models, MOQ is 100pcs per size, if new developed items, it depends.

While the more quantity you buy, the much cheaper price will be offered.

Packing: In bulk,Or in wooden box,or pallet as per requested

3.Can you make different type accordingly?

Sure we can make your type according to samples or any design. Price is the same for normal color and special color. That’s quite easy for us since we have excellent production team, we do not only manufacture, but also create.

4.Can you make customized logo printing?

No problem.

5.How long will it take to produce after the orders are placed.

Normally we can deliver the goods in 35 days after receiving your deposit.

6.Can you supply free samples?

Sample within 2pcs is free of charge, if more samples needed, it need to be paid

7.What is your payment term?

For first time we prefer T/T, at least 30% deposit once order confirmed, 70% balance before shipment
