HZJY-10K  Insulation Resistance Tester dedicated to the measurement of water-cooled  generator test, but also can be used for laboratory or field testing. The output  current is greater than 5mA. The maximum output voltage is 10KV. It includes  high-precision micro-current measurement system and digital boost system, which  uses a high-voltage line and a signal line connecting with the test product. The  results from the large screen liquid crystal display and store the results with  automatic measurement.

NC Regulator:  PWM circuit producing high-efficiency standards for 0-5V output. DC-DC  0-10Kv: with step-up transformer, high conversion, high voltage DC output 10kv,short  circuit protection

VI.Influence  Factor
a. Temperature  and Humidity
General  resistance of the material with the increase of temperature and humidity  decreases. In contrast, the surface resistance (rate) is sensitive to  environmental humidity, and body resistance (rate) is more sensitive to  temperature. When the humidity increases and the surface leakage increases, the  body will increase the conduction current. Temperature, the movement of the  carrier rate is accelerated dielectric absorption current and conduction  current will increase accordingly, according to the information reported, the general  media in the 70C 20C when the resistance is only 10% of the time. b. Test Voltage  (Electric Field Strength)

On the  same test voltage, if the distance between the electrodes of different tests on  the test results of resistivity will be different, the smaller the distance  between positive and negative electrodes, the test value is smaller.
c. Test Time
DC voltage with a certain  pressure on the material being tested, the test materials to stabilize the  current value is not instantaneous, but there is a decay process. The pressure  at the same time, charging current flows through the larger, then more time to  slowly decrease the absorption of current, the conductance of the last to  achieve more stable current. The higher the measured resistance value, time to  reach equilibrium is longer. Therefore, the measurement in order to properly  read the test resistance, should be read in the stable value or to take  pressure readings after 1 Minute.

For  accurate evaluation of electrostatic properties of materials, materials in the  resistance (rate) test, should first deal with its power consumption, and  standing some time, the standing time desirable for 5 minutes, and then, and  then measure the program testing. d. Leak Test Equipment

e. Outside Interference
Insulating material with high DC voltage, current  through the sample is very small, vulnerable to the impact of outside  interference, resulting in a larger test error. Thermoelectric potential,  contact potential is generally small and can be neglected; electrolytic  potential is mainly wet specimens produced with different metal contacts, only  about 20mV, and indeed the static tests require relatively low humidity, when  tested in a dry environment, you can eliminate potential electrolysis.  Therefore, outside interference is mainly the coupling of stray current or  potential generated by electrostatic induction.
