Machine application:

Machine is mainly used in construction, bridge, steel tower and steel structure industries, for drilling and milling plates, also can be used in boiler, petrochemical Industries, for drilling and milling tube plate, baffle stack, flange; This machine can drill trough hole, blind hole, step hole, chamfer and milling processing. Max processing size is 2000x1600mm.

Machine features:

This machine adopts BT40 precision inner cooling spindle, can equip with carbide drill bit with high precision. Spindle is driven by high power motor via synchronous belt, spindle rotation speed is 3000rpm, wide drilling speed range.

Machine has 3 CNC axis: gantry movement (X axis), drilling head movement along gantry beam (Y axis), drilling head feeding movement (Z axis). Each CNC axis adopts precision linear roller guide rail, AC servo motor+ ball screw. Flexible movement, accurate positioning.
