Machine applications:

This machine is used for connection plates punching, drilling and marking, applied in construction, bridge, steel structure etc. With independent hydraulic system, electrical CNC system. CNC material feeding worktable can realize accurate positioning and punching function. With positioning and re-positioning function, can process steel plates of different diameters. Equip with drilling unit according to users’ needs. Molds can be changed and unloaded easily, improves processing efficiency.

Machine configuration:

This machine consists of worktable, mold, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical control system, lubrication system etc.

Machine features:

1. Equip with punching heads and marking unit, machine bed is C structure and steel plate welded, with good rigidity and better anti-partial load capacity. Main cylinder is fixed on machine bed with high strength bolts, easy installation and maintenance.

2. Feeding worktable consists of fixed and movable parts. Fixed part moves forward and backward is Y axis, driven by servo motor and ball screw. Movable part moves left and right is X axis, support table with universal ball is used to support the workpiece. On X axis equip with 2 linear guide rail and slide board, slide board moves left and right via servo motor and ball screw.

3. 2 hydraulic driven clamps, moves on X axis for adjustment of different workpice sizes.

4. Equip with 2 punching molds and 1 marking unit, punching molds is selected according to holes diameters and workpiece thickness.

5. Hydraulic system is mainly composed of oil tank, punching pressure regulating block, auxiliary control block and main cylinder control block. Realizes actions of positioning, clamping, pressing and punching. Main hydraulic valve is Italy Atos.

6. CNC system is Japan Mitsubishi FX series PLC control, realizes direct conversion of CAD/CAM (for example AUTOCAD), easy programming, restore, display, operation interface with error compensation, automatic alarm, man-machine dialogue and other functions.

7. Equip with automatic lubrication system on precision linear guide rail, precision ball screw. Reduces the friction and wear, to prevent the resulting overheating of the internal structure of the damage, to ensure the accuracy of the machine and life.

8. Machine components are world famous brands, reliable for long time use, low breakdown rate.
