Standard Triple Screw Pump

Xinglong standard triple screw pump is a kind of positive displacement rotary pump. Inside the pump casing, as the flanks of teeth of drive screw and idler screws and engaged and the screws are also matched with the three inset holes, several sealed moving chambers are thereby formed in- between the pump inlet and outlet end. These closed chambers will take the medium inside to pressurized progressively, to have a continuous, constant, axial flow pressured liquid. They are suitable for pumping various kinds of non-corrosive oil without contents of solid grains and liquids similar to lubricating oils.

    Standard triple screw pumps have many types. Pump casing and inset are integrated into one part for small flow rate series, for example X3GR25/30 series. It can be horizontal or vertical installed. The direction of suction cover is adjustable by an interval of 90 degree. The sealing method is generally mechanical seal type.

    Insert is an independent part which is fixed in pump casing for larger flow rate series, the axial thrust acting on the screw tooth surface is equalized by the balance sleeves. The sealing methods have two types which are mechanical seal and packing seal.
