We prefer vector files like AI, PSD,  PDF, CDR, but high resolution PSD, TIF, JPG files are acceptable as well.

3.    Do you take responsibility of the freight and how do you operate it?

You can annoint your own freight man to take the responsiblity or you can rely on our fixed freight man.  Our salesman will ask you about it and contact with you about this.
