For an order with regular quantity, the lead time is around 3-10 business days.

2.    What kind of design file format do you accept?

We prefer vector files like AI, PSD,  PDF, CDR, but high resolution PSD, TIF, JPG files are acceptable as well

3.    Can i do logo printing on the products i want, can i have my designated colors?

Yes, all of our products can be customizded, the color, logo, packing methods can all be adjusted according to your request if possible.

4.    Can i have a sample before the bulk order?

Yes, we can arrange a sample production.

5.    How do you determine the price and what if i have some specific requirements?

The price depend on the size and the materials of products you prefer, the quotations can be provided if enough details are provided.  One-off quotattion includes all the cost but the freight.
