Sodium Percarbonate (SPC) is called solid hydrogen peroxide, it is oxidant produced by Sodium Carbonate (Na2CO3) and Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2), its water solution is alkaline. It is white crystal powder, it releases oxygen in damp.
