SMC Pallets
Sheet molding compound (SMC) material pallets are durable for over 10 years for outdoor applications or over longer for indoor applications. Along its lifetime, it keeps dimensionally stable. SMC pallets are about 30% lighter than most of wooden pallets due to the small density of SMC material. And because of the very small water absorption rate of SMC material, SMC pallets'weight never increase while wooden pallets gain weight over time. 

SMC material can meet FDA requirements, and because the pallets are completely solid, it can easily be cleaned using cleaning agents without worrying about absorbing cleaning agents into the pallets material. Besides, SMC material can withstand temperature up to 240 degree C, so it is very suitable for some typical applications like food, pharmaceutical industries where the pallets need to be heated. Due to the high strength to weight ratio, SMC pallets'loading ability is superb. SMC pallets can load up to 9 Ton stacking floor weight.
