Single-screw pump is a kind of internal-meshing Rotary positive displacement pump, when a single helical rotor in the double-spiral-wound stator stator bore axis for planetary rotation, hermetic Chamber formed between stator rotor--to pay continuous, constant speed, volume of the same media from the suction side to the output terminal. Because of these properties, of single-screw pump particularly suitable for the following conditions:

High-viscosity media delivery. Medium viscosity differ according to the pump speed, 1.000.000CPS material can also be an effective delivery. Pressure up to 0.6, 1.2, 1.8, 2.4. Medium temperature 80 ?. (Special requirements can reach 150 degrees centigrade).

Media containing solid particles or fibres. Particle size can be up to 20mm (does not exceed rotor eccentricity), fiber length maximum length to 150mm (equivalent to 0.4 times the rotor pitch), the solids content of up to 30%, when media containing solid grains at the end like fine particles, up to a maximum of 70% or higher.

Desire to send continuous operation, stable pressure, there is no reciprocating pump periodic pulsation.

Stirring desire to send small, not cutting medium to be delivered to its original structure.

Transmission direct drive coupling can be used, or the use of speed-regulating motor speed, v-belts, transmissions and other devices.

Flow and speed linear relation, can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of traffic, to control the flow of goals.
