Discontinuous PU Sandwich Panel Line
The Discontinuous PU sandwich panel line mainly includes three parts-- the roll forming machine, foam machine, and press machine. During production, steel coils goes into the roll forming machine and then being cut. Then manually put the bottom steel sheet + upper sheet + four layers laminated structure into a closed body and press hard by the hydraulic system. After that, inject the PU foam by injection molding machine. While two panels is under production and becoming rigid, two panels are ready and can be unloaded. That is what is called two in and two out.

Press machine including the hydraulic control system and top parts, each profile of panel will have 4 sets of aluminum sealing side piece (with upper and lower wall form a sealed space, depending on the different profiles);Hot air system can accelerate the PU foam solidification and curing time, and forming effect will be better.

Discontinuous PU sandwich panel line usually is 6 meters, and the longest one can be 1 2 meters. The output (8 hours a day) is around 300 square meters. Width of steel plate is: 800-1200 mn, panel thickness of 50-250 - mm thickness. Total power: about 60kw.

This machine is characterized by small volume, economic price, flexible panel size, suitable for the production of special design compared with the continuous line.  It is more suitable for low production requirements, more appropriate for cold room panel line.

 The main characteristics of discontinuous PU sandwich panel line
 1) The continuous PU sandwich panel line(SP-PU-D) consists of roller forming machine (2sets), PU injection machine and 2+2 press.
2) The panel length can be adjusted by the aluminum mold but cannot be more than max length.
3) Use heated air circulation oven to strictly control the PU foaming setting temperature.
