1:PU + rock wool color steel sandwich panel production line can produce sandwich panel with core of PU, rock wool and glass wool. The steel plate is for the surface material. The rock wool, glass wool is the core material and the high density of rigid foam polyurethane is for filling, tongue-and-groove sealing side after high pressure foaming solidified, automatic solid cotton cloth and controlled by the ultra-long precision double belt press. Its fire prevention effect is better than pure polyurethane sandwich panel, PU sealing side can be as a force of side structure and prevent the glass wool or rock wool in sandwich panel from easily falling and causing insulation failure problem. At the same time it can meet market demand for the fire prevention, waterproof, thermal insulation, bright and beautiful, long service life.

2:PU sandwich panel line is added a rock wool slitter, feeder, PU foaming device. Itcan produce PU,  rock wool and glass wool panel. There are several domestic existing PU production line manufacturers adding this device, such as Wuxi Warom door Industry Company original PU production line from South Korea,Xiamen Ou original PU production line from Italy.

3:Double belt continuous PU sandwich panel production line mainly includes hydraulic un-coiler, filming and cutting machine, roll forming machine, preheating device, double belt machine, foaming equipment, automatic cutting machine, finished product cooling system, a series of functions such as product packaging unit. Each equipment units are equipped with mechanical and electrical system, and the function of the different equipment unit are through a set of process data control system assembled together to form a complete set of continuous production line.

4:The machine can realize continuous production for PU sandwich panel, can use existing various kinds of foaming agent on foaming, can cut the panel by control of PLC and can change production speed by changing the VFD. The polyurethane curing process is in the middle of the continuous double track press machine and the length of time depends on the mixture type, plate thickness, production speed, etc.

Usage of  PU+rock wool sandwich panel:

They can be widely applied in fire prevention, sound insulation, heat preservation requirements of industrial and civil architecture roofing, external wall and internal partition, especially applicable to the environmental humidity is big, fire demanding projects.

Structure of PU+rock wool sandwich panel:
1)Up and down surface: galvanized steel plate, thickness of 0.4-0.8 mm. According to the customer's specific needs, it also can use aluminium zinc color steel plate or aluminium coated steel sheet.
2)Core: Adopt 120 kg/m3 density rock wool block for interleaving laid. The fiber orientation perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich panel, and closely connect with enriched the vertical and horizontal section of sandwich panel. Rock wool and upper and bottom plate are composited as whole by high strength adhesive polyurethane foaming agent so that the sandwich panel has good rigidity.



Characteristics of Rock wool+PU sandwich panel:
1)Sealing performance: PU+rock wool sandwich panel adopts production line process, which uses the excellent waterproof performance of polyurethane to overcome the deliquescence of easy bibulous drawback of rock wool and and extends the service life of the product on the physical properties.

2)Beautiful performance: The joint design is adopting European standards, with smooth, round shape, board face level off beautiful, seams, reliable strength. It can effectively prevent the formation of hot and cold bridge.

3)Good rigid: PU+rock wool+steel plate as a whole, plus the small ribs, has higher rigid performance than pure rock wool sandwich panel which is laminated onsite. When sandwich boardfixed with purlin, it will greatly improveg the overall stiffness of roof and work performance. Adopting rock wool sandwich panel can use bigger purlin distance to save purlin dosage of 1/3 to 2/3.

4)Reasonable joint methods: PU+rock wool sandwich panel adopts secret joint way and avoids change of lead water in the joint and saves the using of spare parts.

5)Firm and reasonable fixing method: The panel adopts special M6 tapping screw to fix with purlin. This way can effectively resist external force, such as a typhoon. Tapping screw is set in wave position between the two plate seam roof board, and uses special waterproof structure, which avoids to produce waterproof vulnerabilities.

1. Performance of PU inculcation panel
1)Low heat conductivity coefficient and good thermal performance. When the density of rigid foam is 35~40kg/m3, the heat conductivity coefficient is just0.018~0.024w/(m.k), which is about half of the one of EPS and is the lowest in all of the insulation material.

2)Rigid PU has performance of moisture-proof and waterproof . The obdurate rate  of Rigid polyurethane is above 90%. It is the hydrophobic material. Its heat conductivity coefficient will not be increased because of moisture. And the wall will not have water leak.

3)Rigid PU is fire, flame retardant and resist to high temperature. After adding flame retardant agent, PU is a kind of flame retardant, self-extinguishing material.  With its softening point can reach more than 250 degrees Celsius, PU will appear only in high temperature decomposition: in addition, when burning, on surface of  polyurethane foam carbon deposition will be formed, the carbon deposition will isolate the other PU, which can effectively prevent the fire spreading. Moreover, polyurethane also does not produce harmful gases at high temperature.

4)Due to the PU board with excellent insulation properties, under the same heat preservation requirements, it can reduce the thickness of the building outside protection, thus increasing indoor usable floor area.

5)Strong anti deformation ability, not easy cracking, stable and safe decorative surface.

6)The porosity structure of PU is stable with mostly closed pore structure, which makes it not only with good heat preservation performance, but also with freeze resistance, sound absorption. The average life of polyurethane insulation structure can reach more than 30 years under the condition of normal use and maintenance.

7)Although the rigid polyurethane foam material unit price is higher than other traditional insulation material unit price, but the cost of the increase will be offset by the reduction of heating and cooling costs and.
