Rotary Arch-breaker Machine

We have been involved in designing and making screw conveyors since 1985 ,then founded Wuxi Changrong Conveying Machinery Company in 1993.Screw conveyor is one of the best conveyors to transport powder, particle and granules .Sometimes ,there will be some materials bridged or jammed in the upper big silo or large tank .Certainly there will be some electrical valves or pneumatic valves under the bottom of silo or tank ,but they still can not solve the bridging problem .Some materials still remain in the middle of silo ,never dropping down .In such occasion ,we develop the vertical screw conveyor shaft inside the silo ,to revolve in vertical direction, making materials dropping down smoothly and evenly. Such device are called arch-breaking machine . When it stop working ,it can lock materials .The size of arch-breaking machine is subject to the silo’s size and capacity .Sometimes, the vertical screw conveyor can replace the hopper wall vibrator.

Components with description

1.Smooth appearance, general size between inlet and outlet shall meet the requirement as per GB1804-79 standard.

2.Upper and Lower flanges shall be flat and parallel.

3.Arch-breaking bar shall not be touch with the screw casing .

4.Screw’s main shaft and sprocket’s shaft shall be concentricity as per GB1184-80 standard.

5.Make run test without loading materials .Continuous run test shall be no less than 4 hours.Observe the run test conditions :

(1) working stable ,all fasteners are tightness.

(2) Lubrication oil sealing is well ,bearing temperature is less than 30⁰C after continuous 2 hours .

(3) No abnormal noise and no oil leakage .

(4) Working Power without loading materials shall be less than the rate power’s 30%.

Installation Request on Job site

1.Arch-breaker machine must be vertical to the silo .Ensure the silos’ casing thickness is enough to support the stable working .If silos casing’ thickness is very thin,it will cause silo transformation and make the shaft impact the silo casing .

2.Clean all dirty on arch-breaker machine before installation .

3.All connection screws and bolts shall be tightened to the reliable degree.

4.Check all oil’s place and make sure there are enough lubrication oil there .

5.The concentricity of main shaft and sprocket’s shaft are same .

Maintenance

1.All bearings are under dust.Wuxi Changrong take measures to set up the framework oil sealing to prevent all dust or materials from getting into bearings .Turn on the air valves before turn on the arch-breaker .

2.Stop feeding materials first .Only all materials are discharged out can stop the arch-breaking machine .

3.No big size materials dropping into the arch-breaking machine .So as to protect arch-breaking machine from being jammed .

4.Stop the arch-breaker as soon as any abnormal conditions.

5.Drive device’s maintenance is as per its manual book.

After Sales Service

1.We will send manual book of arch-breaker machine with specification to the final buyer .Final buyer will install and maintain the arch-breaker machine as per manual book .

2.Can send engineers to give instructions about installation work on job site .The guiding cost will be calculated as per the actual time on job site .

3.Can send engineers to train workers on job site .The guiding cost will be calculated as per actual time on job site .

4.Can send workers to install arch-beaker machine or vertical screw conveyors as per contract .Installation cost will be included in the contract .

5.Can provide quick wear material if necessary .

Warranty Period

12 months subject to the date of start up on job site or 18 months subject to the date of delivery ,whichever occurs first .Wuxi Changrong will undertake all quality problem which comes from arch-breaker machine or vertical screw conveyor during warranty period.If the problem is caused by incorrectly operation or other extra foreign forces,Wuxi Changrong will solve the problem and collect the economical cost from buyers .
