Working Principle

Buckets are filled with the product while they are moving and then emptied by means of electro-pneumatic  motor or other fixed systems .

The elevator is driven by a gear motor immersed in oil ,with torque limiting device connecting directly by means of a joint to the drive shaft located in the horizontal top part .Motor is with back stop device ,its aims to prevent materials from dropping down during stop the machine .

Feeding Inlets : depending on requirements.China Wuxi Changrong’s bucket elevators-conveyors are fitted with one or more loading inlets  .The product must be fed proportionately and evenly .

Discharging Outlets : China Wuxi Changrong’s bucket elevators-conveyors are normally supplied with a single discharge outlet ( fixed discharge ) .As per request by customers ,several discharge outlets can be installed with buckets.The openings throughout which the product is discharged are usually fitted with a chute or flexible pipe connecting them to silos ,packaging machine or other conveying systems .

All vertical bucket elevator conveyors are equipped with one or more loading / discharge stations, they provide horizontal, vertical and diagonal transportation.

Because of bucket elevator conveyors’ special modular configuration, these elevators-conveyors can even be used in confined spaces, guaranteeing the transportation of large volumes/capacities in all situations.
