System composition:

250KG industrial palletizing robot (with the adoption of ABB robot imported from Switzerland with the original package).

Carton feeding differential belt (chain plate): Leave distances in between cartons before carton rotating.

Carton rotating device: Cartons are rotated according to arranging needs of palletizing cartons.

Carton arranging roller conveying device: Arrange the carton position and provide the gripper with caching position before carton grasping.

Carton gathering device: Hold arranged cartons to be dropped together.

Pallet roller conveyor: Convey empty piling board and full-carton piling board.

Snap-gauge rack: Store empty piling boards that are used for circulating.

Safety device: Safety fences are provided in the robot workspace.

Control system and touch screen: The whole system control and parameter settings (intelligent system)
