The carton erector is used before carton packing. Open and form a pre-cut carton. OPP tape is adopted to seal the carton bottom. After that, the carton is transported for carton packing with the conveying belt.

Technical features

1. It’s designed and manufactured with the use of mature technology, which is in stable and reliable operation.

2. The whole machine is adopted with a cam mechanism drive system, which can be operated accurately, stably and durably.

3. Stepless speed regulation is adopted to package forming and sealing.

4. Simple operation and easy adjustment are free from damaging cartons.

5. Cartons are stored vertically. Empty cartons can be filled at any ties without halting.

6. Automatic early warning will be popped to remind carton filling.

7. It can be in stand-alone operation, which can also operate with the automated packing production lines.
