Product Description

Single jib portal crane generally includes the following units:

crane strong steel frame, lift mechanism, slew mechanism,

crane travel mechanism, spreader device (grab, container spreader, magnet and hook as your actual demand on crane), electrical equipment and other accessory equipments for safety.

The crane will be offered in complete set, including the pillars, rotating tower, boom, luffing winch, lifting winch, rotating mechanism, hydraulic and electric system and other mechanical devices.

All hydraulic parts adapte open circuit, driven by a motor, a hydraulic pump respectively supply hoisting, derricking and slewing, through the directional control valve to realize stepless speed regulation and operate together( main and assistant lifting and rotating, lifting and transformer) and working at full capacity, but the speed will be slow.

Running mechanism is composed of four 4 wheels' car.All of the running car and balance beam and cart articulated, so  all the wheels under the same load.Each car has two driving wheels, which can make sure driving wheel reaches 50%.
