1. Main introduction:

1.3 The mixing method uses a special tilt drive. The stirrer and pot fully contact with each other and can be better to achieve the agitator rotation and rotation is not an integer ratio, so that the pot without stirring dead ends.

1.4  The mixing pieces made of high-strength PTFE. It can be beard of wear-resistant high temperature, non-toxic, and it is meet the food production requirements.

1.5  it uses frequency control. The power and speed can be adjusted from zero to the highest speed, run more smoothly.

1.6  Automatic temperature control and accurate temperature display. It is easy to control the processing technology, food processing, good repeatability.

1.7 Fully automatic hydraulic tilting pot, to achieve separation of the mixer and the pot after the hydraulic tilting pouring, pouring material without dead ends, easy to clean, save manpower, reduce labor intensity.

2. Main configuration:

The series of equipment mainly by the pot body, frame body, mixing system, heating system, speed control transmission, mixing arm, pan body turn system components.

2.1 Pot body: is a large tonnage press from stamping, customized by our factory.

2.2 The frame body is welded by the square tube and the sheet metal. The frame body is to bear and fix the pot body, the stirring system, the transmission device, the stirring arm and the hydraulic system and so on.

2.3 Stirring system: is composed of mixing arm and wear-resistant high temperature PTFE material.

2.4 Heating system: electromagnetic heating.

2.5 Speed transmission: governor using stepless frequency control, reducer using domestic brand reducer.

2.6 Pot body turning system: from the hydraulic station, cylinder composition, automatic completion of the pot body flip.
