These hdpe pipe welding Machines, BRHD-800/1000, are used for big pipe welding job, which is made of PP, PVDF, PE and HDPE materials. And the diameter range of BRDH-800 is from F 630mm to F 800mm. BRDH-1000 is from F 800mm to F 1000mm. Both for the HPDE pipe welding.

The clamp frame is separated from the operating system, and it is easy to operate in the ditch.

It is composed of the hydraulic electronic control, the docking frame, the heating plate, the milling cutter and so on.

The clamp uses four - card structure, which can hold the pipe stable and easy to adjust the wrong side.

The hydraulic control system is used to provide driving force, docking and pressure protection, and the pressure is accurate and stable.

The electric milling machine uses double-sided blade, automatically outward guide, with the safety limit switch to prevent accidental start.

The electric control of the solenoid valve (oil cylinder forward and back) is more convenient to operate.
