The manual filter press is a small filter press. It normally is suitable for the 1-40m2 filter area filter press machine, and adopts "jack" as closing device. This filter press structure is very simple design. But it has many advantages: no power consumption, easy operation and high cost performance etc.

For the closing device, the manual jack is a kind of mechanical screw jack. It’s a popular manual pressing tool, and it rotates the rocker to drive the small toothed wheel. Then the ratchet wheels will drive the screw to move. With the screw go forward or go back, the filter press plate will be closed or opened.

For our manual jack filter press, the plate material can be pp, stainless steel, cast iron. And for the filter plate types, it mainlly include chamber filter plate and plate frame type filter plate.
