Magnetic plant is suitable for separation of the size of less than 3 mm in the magnetite, pyrrhotine, roasted ore and ilmenite . also used for iron removal in the coal, nonmetal ore, building materials. The strong magnetic separator is made of the high quality of  ferrite,rare earth and magnet steel mixture. The magnetic induction intensity of the drum surface is  100 ~ 600 mt in average. According to the user needs, we can provide downstream, half counter-current type, counter-current and other different magnetic induction intensity of separators. Our wet magnetic separator has many advantages such as simple structure, large capacity, convenient operation and easy maintenance etc.

Shot blasting machine performance characteristics:

Magnetic plant (also known as magnetic pulley) is mainly suitable for :

1,roughing in the lean iron ore after coarse crushing or secondary crushing, removing the surrounding rocks upgrading and reducing the load of next procedure.

2, separating the non-fully- reductive row ore in the hematite reduction circuit  roasting  and returning them to burn again.

3, removing the iron mixed in ceramic mud of ceramic industry and improving the quality of ceramic products.

4, iron removal in burning coal, foundry sand, refractories and other line need.
