Processing And Cleaning Machine For Clay Coated Sand

We design and produce clay coated sand processing line and equipment .Also can supply the equipment's installation, commissioning and turn-key project. The clay coated sand processing line is a kind of eddy current centrifugal recycling machine. The used sand through quantitative plant will fall into the  high-speed rotating recycling plate.Under the action of centrifugal force ,they will be thrown into the wear ring. Because of the friction and collision between sands and wear ring. The film adhesive on the surface of the clay coated sands has been removed.The new regeneration sands will fall down from the space between the recycling plate and the wear ring. Meanwhile, the fan setted in the same shaft as the recycling plate will blow up and form the strong airflow which can make the sands boil,air separating and film and dust removal. The new sands will be produced to satisfy technical requirements.
